Devin's first job was making sandwiches and he has never looked back. Cooking professionally all his adult life, Devin has worked in every kind of restaurant, picking up all skills from butchery to traditional noodle making. His approach to food is ingredients first. How it tastes, the color, the smell, and the structure on the plate. Devin finds inspiration in street foods of the world. His favorite food is any noodles in broth.
